Seven (7) Directors from each state are member-borrowers and are elected by the membership at our annual stockholders' meeting. Two (2) non-member Director is appointed by the elected Board of Directors. Each stockholder, regardless of the size of the account, has one vote in who is elected to our Board of Directors.
